I have over 25 years of award winning experience helping people to be their best.

I am particularly passionate about coaching and mentoring individuals and teams. I have been providing Executive and Team coach/mentor for over 20 years. I am an accredited ILM 7 practitioner as well as a Coaching and Mentoring Supervisor.

My "North Star" is to always improve wellness, diversity & inclusion and be in harmony with our natural environment.
​
I have a deep belief that "what got us here, won't get us there" (Marshall Goldsmith) - I live this, which supports others to keep developing. This is particularly important for managers, developing leadership and those in the OD and HR world.
​
I use my experience, skills and knowledge to support and challenge people to feel and think so that they are best able to meet their outcomes.
​
My success is based on a belief that coaching and coaching styles are the basis of successful human relationships as "listening is the single most dignifying thing we can do for someone" (Nancy Kline). I have coached people through the full range of ages and stages which has helped them to grow and be their best.

I am trained in and use a range of accredited facilitation tools and techniques to support people to recognise,

understand and value themselves and their differences so that they achieve their collective potential.
​
I am recognised as an influencer having been in a number of senior roles in large organisations with responsibility for approaches across NHS Wales and the Welsh Public Services.
​
Part of my time is leading University modules including MBA, Masters and degree level covering leadership, culture, diversity, wellness and people management.
​
My aim is to always excite, energise and create active participation, so that people are supported and challenged so that they take action.
